Acceptance of these terms
By creating a parent account or using Kids Growth OS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use this
A parent or legal guardian creates the account and is responsible for it. Children use the app only through a managed profile their parent creates and controls — a child never signs up on their own.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password and your children's PINs private.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your family enter.
- You must be legally able to give parental consent for any child profile you create.
Points & rewards
Points earned in the app have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. Rewards are entirely defined and fulfilled by your family — Kids Growth OS just tracks the ledger. We're not a party to, and have no obligation to fulfill, whatever reward a parent promises their child.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose: running your family's own tasks, quizzes, and rewards. Don't attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it to store or share content you don't have the right to use.
Service availability
Kids Growth OS is provided as an early-access product, “as is.” Features may change, and we may add, remove, or adjust functionality as the product develops. We'll try to give notice of any change that meaningfully affects how your family uses the app.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your family's data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse or interfere with the service.
Limitation of liability
Kids Growth OS is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll notify parents in-app before it takes effect.
